Celimax Dual Barrier Creamy Toner is a creamy moisturizing toner designed to nourish dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin while helping strengthen the skin’s protective barrier.

The milky formula combines five ceramides with Aquatide, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, allantoin and phytosphingosine to help replenish moisture, reduce dryness and support the lipid barrier. Its soft texture absorbs comfortably without leaving a sticky finish and is suitable for regular daily use.
