Pyunkang Yul Brightening Vita Toner evens out skin tone, gently lightens pigmentation spots, provides antioxidant and skin-firming effects, gives a healthy glow and prevents dullness. The toner makes pigmentation spots and post-acne marks less pronounced, and also prevents new ones from forming. Makes the skin softer, compensates for the lack of moisture, maintains firmness, and also makes the skin smoother and softer.

The toner has an airy and watery texture that absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky feeling, and it also refreshes and moisturizes the skin. The ingredients in the toner have an EWG Green safety class level and do not cause irritation.

Main active ingredients:

Usage:
