How to choose a FRANKLY product
Choose the step you want to add. Toners and serums are different product types. If you use both, toner is usually applied after cleansing, while serum goes on before moisturiser. There is no need to add both simply because they are from the same brand.
Compare serum formulas. Betaine 10 Serum lists 10% betaine and 2% niacinamide, while Niacinamide 15% Zinc Beads Serum lists 15% niacinamide and Zinc PCA. A higher percentage is not a universal reason to choose a product: consider your previous experience with the ingredient as well.
Introduce an AHA toner gradually. AHA 8.05% Toner is an exfoliating toner with 8.05% glycolic acid. Follow the frequency of use stated on the packaging, avoid starting several new exfoliating products at once, and use sunscreen during the day.

What is the difference between CICA 80 & Hyaluronic Acid Toner and AHA 8.05% Toner?
CICA 80 & Hyaluronic Acid Toner contains Centella asiatica extracts, betaine and several forms of hyaluronic acid. AHA 8.05% Toner is an exfoliating toner with glycolic acid. They should therefore not be treated as interchangeable products.
What does PDRN Bounce Ball Serum contain?
The ingredient list includes Sodium DNA (PDRN), salmon egg extract, niacinamide and sodium hyaluronate. If you avoid animal-derived ingredients, bear in mind that this serum contains salmon egg extract.
Do I need to use all FRANKLY serums in the same routine?
No, you can start with one serum. Introduce new products one at a time to make it easier to assess your skin’s response. Using the brand’s entire collection is not a necessary part of a skincare routine.
