Whitening rice toner Nine Less MELA-PRO Rice & TXA Toner gently removes dead skin cells and polishes micro-relief, as well as softens rough skin. Evens out skin tone, improves complexion and gives it a healthy glow. Eliminates dullness, moisturizes and normalizes hydrolipidic balance.

Helps lighten pigmentation and age spots. Blocks melanocyte cell activity and protects against the formation of new hyperpigmentation spots. Revitalizes, eliminates moisture loss after washing the face and protects against peeling.

Main active ingredients:

• Rice water (72.4%) saturates with necessary nutrients, restores hydrolipidic balance, regenerates, softens, moisturizes and saturates with antioxidants.
• Tranexamic acid (19,800 ppm) - a whitening active ingredient that reduces tyrosinase activity - an enzyme that activates the production of melanin pigment. Does not cause photosensitivity, can be used during day care.
• Niacinamide (vitamin B3, 20,000 ppm) promotes collagen synthesis and improves skin barrier functions, helps reverse transepidermal moisture loss and prevents pigmentation spots, moisturizes, tightens pores, soothes, and whitens.
• Glutathione (1,000 ppm) — a tripeptide found in the body. Provides antioxidant effects, increases skin elasticity, and prevents the formation of pigment spots.
• Hyaluronic acid (500 ppm) moisturizes, delivers moisture to the deeper layers of the epidermis, creates a protective barrier on the skin's surface, which prevents moisture evaporation and maintains optimal moisture levels, as well as prevents dryness and peeling.

Usage:

Shake the package well and apply the required amount of toner to clean skin using a cotton pad or cotton pad.
